Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ne 29 April 2026 ko Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program ka elan kiya. Ye elan Islamabad mein ek taqreeb mein kiya gaya. Is taqreeb mein government ke ahem officers aur banks ke representatives bhi maujood thay.

First Time Homebuyer

Jo pehli baar ghar khareed raha hai. Agar aap already kisi property ke malik hain to aap is program ke liye eligible nahi hain. Valid CNIC Holder

Aap ke paas valid Pakistani CNIC hona chahiye. Ye CNIC NADRA ki taraf se issue hua ho. Expired CNIC se application accept nahi hogi.

No Existing Loan

Aap ke uper kisi bhi bank ya financial institution ka koi loan nahi hona chahiye. Agar aap already loan le chuke hain aur wo wapas nahi kiya to aap is program ke liye eligible nahi hain.

No Property Ownership

Aap ke naam ya aap ke family ke kisi member ke naam par koi property nahi honi chahiye. Ye property Pakistan mein kahin bhi ho sakti hai. Aap ko affidavit dena hoga ke aap ke paas koi property nahi hai.

Age Limit

Is program mein koi age limit nahi hai. Koi bhi umar ka shaks apply kar sakta hai. Lekin bank apni internal policies ke mutabiq loan approve karega.

Passport Size Photos

2 se 4 recent passport size photos. Photos white background par honi chahiye.
