Minority Card

Minority Card Punjab government ka ek special welfare program hai jo non-Muslim minority communities ko financial assistance provide karta hai. Is program ko Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ne launch kiya hai .

Pakistan ka ye first-ever Chief Minister’s Minority Card Program hai. January 2025 mein Lahore mein official launch ceremony hui . Is program ka maksad minority communities ko social protection aur financial security dena hai taake wo bhi government ki welfare schemes ka hissa ban sakain.

Financial Assistance:

Eligible families ko Rs. 10,500 har quarter diye jate hain . Ye amount digital card ya bank transfer ke through di jati hai taake families apni basic needs jaise khana, education, aur utility bills afford kar saken .

Beneficiary Statistics:

  • Initially 50,000 deserving minority families covered hain

  • Number increase kar 75,000 families karne ka target hai

  • Punjab Government ne 100,000 applications receive ki hain

  • Annual budget Rs. 2.8 billion hai

Target Communities:

Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, aur other recognized minority communities Punjab ke .

Distribution Updates (March 2026):

Rawalpindi mein March 2026 mein 850 minority cards distribute kiye gaye. Ye distribution do phases mein complete ho rahi hai. Phase 1 mein 850 cards distribute hue, Phase 2 mein 994 cards distribute kiye jayenge .

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Punjab ka permanent resident hona zaroori hai

  • Non-Muslim minority community se belong karna zaroori hai

  • Valid CNIC hona zaroori hai (NADRA verified)

  • PMT (Poverty Score) 45 ya us se kam hona chahiye

  • BISP ya PSPA se financial assistance nahi le rahe hon

  • Applicant head of family ho

Required Documents:

  • CNIC

  • Punjab domicile

  • PMT score certificate (BISP/NSER center se hasil karein)

  • Mobile number

  • Bank account details

Registration ke liye official website hai: mcard.punjab.gov.pk .

Application Process:

Sab se pehle official portal mcard.punjab.gov.pk par visit karein. CNIC aur mobile number se account create karein. Application form fill karein aur required documents upload karein. Submit karne ke baad verification process start ho jati hai.

Verification Process:

NADRA, BISP, aur PSPA ke through data verify kiya jata hai. PMT score, residency, aur minority status check ki jati hai. Successful applicants ko SMS ke through confirmation mil jati hai .

How to Check Status:

Portal par login karein aur “Check Status” section mein apna CNIC daalein. Application ki status approve, pending, ya reject dikh jayegi.
