CM Livestock Card Program Punjab government ka ek revolutionary initiative hai jo small aur medium livestock farmers ko interest-free loans provide karta hai. Is program ko Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ne launch kiya hai .

Is program ka maqsad farmers ko animal feed, silage, mineral mixtures, aur veterinary medicines purchase karne ke liye financial support dena hai . Livestock Punjab ki rural economy ka backbone hai aur ye program farmers ko modern farming techniques apnane aur animal health behtar banane mein help kar raha hai .

Program ki Phase 2 November 2025 mein start hui hai . Is phase mein loan limit increase kar di gayi hai.

Is scheme ke benefits:

  • Interest-free loan from Rs.135,000 to Rs.540,000

  • 25% cash withdrawal allowed for emergency needs

  • No guarantor or collateral required

  • Purchase animal feed, silage, mineral mixture from authorized dealers

  • Loan period: 4 months usage + 1 month grace period for repayment

  • Up to 25% cash withdrawal facility

  • Physical verification through Urban Unit

  • Card valid at registered feed dealers and veterinary pharmacies

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Punjab ka permanent resident hona chahiye

  • Minimum 5 male calves/cows rakhtay hon

  • Livestock Department ke 9211 system mein registered hona chahiye

  • Valid CNIC hona chahiye

  • Active mobile SIM honi chahiye

  • Clean credit history honi chahiye – eCIB verification hoti hai

Application Process:

  • SMS karein: PLC [space] CNIC number send karein 8070 par

  • Ya online portal pic.punjab.gov.pk par apply karein

  • Physical verification ke baad card issue hota hai

Key Statistics:

  • Program size: 80,000 livestock cards

  • Total financing: PKR 10.8 billion

  • 400,000 animals to be financed in 3 cycles

  • Card activation: November 15, 2025

  • 300,000 cattle distribution in Phase 2

  • 5,500 cattle distributed to rural women in Phase 1 across 12 South Punjab districts
