Punjab Tourism Internship Program 2026, jise “Chief Minister’s Magnificent Punjab Tourism Internship Program” bhi kaha jata hai, Punjab government ka ek flagship initiative hai jo young graduates ko tourism, heritage aur archaeology mein practical training provide karta hai. Is program ko Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ne launch kiya hai.
Ye program Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department, Punjab ke through organize kiya ja raha hai. Iska maqsad graduates ko real-world experience dena aur unhein tourism sector mein career ke liye tayar karna hai.
Is scheme ke benefits:
Rs.60,000 monthly stipend — paid internship
3 months duration with hands-on training
1,000 total internships available (first batch: 250 interns)
Placement at district offices, museums, tourism centers, aur heritage sites
GPS-based mobile app se attendance track hoti hai
Formal dress code and professional environment
Government completion certificate provided
Skill development in communication, teamwork, aur heritage management
Eligibility Requirements:
Age: 21 to 28 years
Domicile: Punjab (mandatory)
Education: 16 years (Bachelor’s) from HEC-recognized institution
Degree completion: January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024
Relevant fields: Tourism & Hospitality, History, Archaeology, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology
