Solarization Program for Agri Tubewells Punjab government ka ek revolutionary initiative hai jo farmers ko diesel aur electricity-based tubewells ko solar energy mein convert karne ke liye massive subsidy provide karta hai. Is program ko Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif ne launch kiya hai .

Is program ka maqsad farmers ki irrigation cost ko kam karna hai. Diesel ki price aur electricity bills farmers ki mehnat ko kha ja rahe hain. Solar tubewell installation ke baad irrigation cost Rs. 50 per acre tak aa jati hai jabke diesel se Rs. 3,000 aur electricity se Rs. 1,500 per acre lagta hai .

Is scheme ke benefits:

• Subsidy: 60% to 75% of total system cost

• Subsidy amounts: Rs. 500,000 for 10 kW, Rs. 750,000 for 15 kW, Rs. 1,000,000 for 20 kW

• Phase 1 target: 8,000 tubewells

• Rs. 9 billion subsidy package approved by Punjab government

• Farmers pay only 25% to 40% of total cost

• Zero electricity bills after installation

• Environment-friendly solar energy

Eligibility Criteria:

• Kissan Card holder hona zaroori hai

• 1 acre ya zyada agricultural land honi chahiye

• Existing diesel ya electric tubewell hona chahiye

• Punjab ka resident hona zaroori hai

Application Process:

• Official portal: cmstp.punjab.gov.pk

• Ya tehsil agriculture office se form collect karein

• CNIC, land record, aur Kissan Card details attach karein

• Application submit karne ke baad balloting ke through selection
