Tamam applicants jo 16.07.2025 tak apni applications submit kar chuke hain, unhein hidayat ki jati hai ke neeche diye gaye documents 10 din ke andar (yaani 26.07.2025 tak) apne mutaliqa District Deputy Commissioner Office ya PHATA Field Office mein jama karwain:

• CNIC (Applicant aur agar shaadi shuda hain tou Spouse ka bhi)

• Domicile Certificate

• Rs. 200 ke stamp paper par Affidavit

• Financial Integrity ka saboot

• Property Ownership ka saboot

• Maloomat ki durusti ka ikrar

• Police Character Certificate (mutaliqa police station ya E-Khidmat Markaz se hasil shuda)

• Scrutiny committee ke mutabiq koi bhi mazeed documents agar darkaar hon
