Yeh Punjab Government ka housing initiative hai jisme gareeb aur beghar logon ko 3 marla plots muft diye ja rahe hain.

“Apna Ghar Sab ka Ghar” vision ke tehat gareeb tabqay ko apna ghar banane ka moka dena.
3. Kaun apply kar sakta hai?
Sirf Punjab ka permanent resident jiske paas Pakistan me kahin bhi ghar ya plot na ho.
4. Kya tenant (kiraye par rehnay wale) bhi apply kar sakte hain?
Ji haan, agar un ke paas apni property nahi hai.
5. Plot ka size kitna hai?
Har eligible applicant ko 3 marla ka residential plot milega.
6. Kya plots bilkul free hain?
Ji haan, plots muft diye ja rahe hain.
7. Kitne plots allocate kiye gaye hain?
Phase 1 mein 2000 plots 19 districts mein diye ja rahe hain.
8. Kya scheme har district mein available hai?
Nahi, filhal sirf 19 districts mein available hai.
9. Application kaise submit karni hai?
Online portal https://azag.punjab.gov.pk par form fill karke documents upload karke.
10. Application ke liye kon se documents chahiye?
CNIC, Domicile, Halafnama (Affidavit), Financial proof, Police character certificate aur property ownership na hone ka saboot.
11. Plot milne ke baad kya karna hoga?
6 mah ke andar construction start karni aur 2 saal me complete karna hoga.
12. Kya plot becha ja sakta hai?
Nahi, 5 saal tak plot bechna, lease ya transfer karna mana hai.
13. Agar construction na hui to kya hoga?
2 saal tak ghar complete na hone par allotment cancel ho sakti hai.
14. Kya commercial kaam ki ijazat hai?
Nahi, plot sirf residential use ke liye hoga.
15. Kya PHATA inspection karega?
Haan, PHATA kisi bhi waqt inspection kar sakta hai.
16. Agar kisi ne jhoot bola application mein to kya hoga?
Application cancel hogi aur plot wapas le liya jaega.
17. Loan facility available hai?
Ji haan, sarkar ki taraf se interest-free home loan facility di ja rahi hai.
18. Kya installment plan bhi hai?
Ji haan, construction loan easy monthly installments par milta hai.
19. Complaints ya dispute kahan solve hoga?
